Hey Guys,

Just wanted to continue to share some more about our go to favorite blends. I know it can be a bit overwhelming seeing so many flavors to choose from, so I thought I would introduce a couple more that other customers love and how to use them. Hope everyone is having a blessed night.


Ohana Hawaiian Meat Seasoning

Miss the islands?? Here is a blend to make you remember all that Hawaiian Meaty Goodness of those hotel Luau's, and plate lunches. Don't worry, the food will be ready in 15 minutes too!


We proudly feature Red Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt which is used in preparation of many Hawaiian dishes. Organic Brown Sugar, Ginger, Chives, Garlic, and Tellicherry Black Pepper. Feel free to use this one as a rub, and use liberally over your favorite meats especially pork and chicken.

Applewood Smoked Sea Salt


Want to step up your BBQ Game? Smoked Sea Salts are the answer. Use it in place of Salt in your rub as the base, or just use a pinch to spruce up any dish you like during or after cooking. This is our house smoked Sea Salt blend from Real Apple Hardwood. Smoked between 24 hours to 72 hours, Our French Sea Salt takes on a very sweet flavored campfire vibe. Great for the cook who has everything.


Calabrian Chile Flakes


These Chili Flakes are a trendy small, dark red, medium-spicy chilie from the southern Italian region of Calabria. In the US, Calabrian chilies are typically sold in brine or as a chile paste, Calabrian chile flakes are rare. They were a pain to source, and used in our Porchetta Seasoning for a very special, and nationally rated Pizza Restaurant. They are outstanding on Pizza, Pastas, mixed into Olive Oils, infused into Hot Honey and used in place of Red Pepper.
