Carrot Recipe to get the kiddos to eat more Veg



Hey all I had a great recipe for all you carrot lovers out there. This one my kiddos ask for seconds and thirds.


Roast Garlic Thyme Carrots w Orange


This recipe can use our GarlicThyme Seasoning Blend or our Eat Your Veggies Kids Salt Free Blend. Linked to picture to choose your blend.


Ingredients:


1-2lbs carrots Peeled or

the Tiny snack ones as a timesaver

1 Bulb Garlic-Peeled

Salt for Parboiling

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Half Orange Juiced

Baking Sheet


Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees


Parboil Carrots in Salted water so that they are just barely tender Drain, and Add to baking sheet.


Peel Bulb of Garlic and slightly smush half of the cloves leaving the other half whole..add to baking sheet.


Juice Half an orange and pour over carrots, add a good glug of Olive Oil and toss.


Sprinkle with Garlic Thyme Blend, or Eat your Veggies Blend. Bake for approx 25-30 minutes in the over at 375 degrees and enjoy. Our Kids can't get enough of them!
