New Flavors from Spaulding's Specialty Spices, Elderberry Update, Sale

Tex Mex Seasoning

Howdy all, Just wanted to introduce some new flavors to y'all. Tex Mex Seasoning and Cowboy Smoked Sea Salt. We also have an update about elderberries. We have just our 16oz Elderberry kits in stock currently. We are sold out of bulk elderberries as nationwide they are pretty much impossible to get. If you message us by our Facebook and Instagram page, I can check to see if we have any to spare but it will be at current market prices approx $40/lb for organic. I will keep y'all posted if more become available.

Cowboy Smoked Sea Salt

When in Texas...A must have seasoning to put on just about everything. I adore this flavor and its versatility in the kitchen. Currently featured in this March 2018's My Texas Market Subscription box "All Things Texas". Perfect on literally everything. Chicken, Fish, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Veggies, Tortilla Chips, Popcorn, and more. Now available.

Ingredients- Organic in house blended San Antonio Chili Powder, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, Bell Pepper, Red Pepper,Cumin, Fresh Ground Tellicherry Pepper, dash of La Baleine Sea Salt

We also have our brand new Cowboy Smoked Sea Salt available Our secret blend of Texas Hardwood Smoke

infused into this wonderful La Baleine Sea Salt...perfect for all those long cattle drives. Love this sprinkled over Steaks, Chicken, popcorn and more.

Next month we should also have a variety of transplant fig trees available for sale. Our plan of adding 24 Rare fig trees somehow turned into approx 80 fig trees. Would love to have them go out into our community to local Farmers, Chefs, and Gardeners. We would like to share our love of growing using organic practices with all of you. Currently the fig cuttings are rooting and just starting to start to bud out for spring. More info coming soon. Please message us on facebook or instagram if you are interested.
