First official Ham of the Season. Hickory Smoked with our new Ham Glaze.
Holiday Ham Glaze- Organic Brown Sugar, Thyme Orange Zest, Our Holiday Spice Blend minus the Sugar, Dash of Tellicherry Pepper, and a pinch of Fine La Baleine Sea Salt.
Add 1 Cup of Honey 2 Tbsp Water and heat to Medium Low. Glaze the last few minutes of cook time under a higher heat. I do a triple Glaze by taking it out and basting Ham with glaze, then putting it back in and repeating every 2-3 minutes.
