Herbs De Provence... A staple of every well stocked Pantry. From the Provence region in South East France. Very Traditional in French cooking. HDP is used to flavor grilled foods such as fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews. The mixture can be added to foods before or during cooking or mixed with cooking oil prior to cooking so as to infuse the flavor into the cooked food. This blend consists of our La Baleine Sea Salt, Organic Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, French Lavender, Savory, Fennel.
