One of our very first blends we made when starting our Spice making journey many years ago. This is a killer blend to use on veg, especially sliced Tomatoes. Our Farm Grown Organic Sweet Basil is blended with Lemon Verbena and Paired with La Baleine French Sea Salt in a fine grind.The Lemon Verbena is one of my favorite herbs we grow, and also lovely in Sweet Tea on its own. We even Blend it with our Organic Sugar for just such a purpose. Use this blend as you would Salt in seasoning a dish.
