Are you a fan of Old Bay Seasoning? Well we came up with our own Organic version of the classic. This blend consists of our La Baleine French Sea Salt, Organic Smoked Paprika, Celery Salt, Yellow Mustard, Tellicherry Pepper, White Pepper, Ginger, Nutmeg, Red Pepper, Mace, Allspice, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon.I love doing little foil bake packets in the over. Butter, Evoo, Bits of Corn on the Cob, Andouille Sausage, Shrimp, Chunks of Red Potatoes, a few dashes of this blend. Wrap tightly and always place on a cookie sheet or roasting pan in the oven for an easy clean up!
