New Flavors from our Chefs Series


Chef inspired series collaborating with the best Chefs Texas, and the South have to offer.

Black Gold our mystery chef named it. Activated Charcoal, Porcini Mushroom, Garlic, White Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Trapani Sea Salt from Sicily. I even did a version with Cherry Smoked Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Orange Peel, and Calabrian Chili Flakes. Very interesting to blend. Big thanks for the challenge mate. Limited Edition... now resume breathing.

We also Have a line of Mushroom Sea Salt Blends like Porcini Pink Himalayan, and Chanterelle Mushroom Sea Salt. These blends go wonderfully with Pasta, Steak, Chicken, Soups, and Stocks.

Don't forget to look for our Chefs for Farmers 2016 Blend which was another chef inspired collaboration for the top 100 chefs of the South at the annual event in Dallas. We also have a Porchetta Blend as well with Wild Fennel Pollen, Calabrian Chili Flakes Sicilian Sea Salt and Wild Fennel from Italy.
