This Blend came about as a collaboration for the Chefs for Farmers Main Event at Gilley's in Dallas 2016. It was used at the Night Market, and on display at the Main Event. Over 150 Jars went out to all of the Top Chefs from the South cooking throughout the events. Now you too can try this exquisite seasoning blend in your kitchens. This versatile seasoning pairs nicely with Veggies, Pork,Chicken, and Fish among other things.

This blend consists of our Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, La Baleine Sea Salt, Organic Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Pink Peppercorn (Pink Pepperberry), and Porcini Mushrooms. Just use a pinch or two in place of salt during the cooking process, and, or at the end to season your dish.
