Traditional Turkey Rub- Organic Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, Parsley, Rosemary, Onion Flake, Garlic, Orange Peel, Tellicherry Pepper, La Baleine Sea Salt
First Ham of the season using our Orange Brown Sugar Glaze. It was like tasting meat candy. Loved it... Holiday Ham Glaze- Organic Brown Sugar, Thyme Orange Zest, Our Holiday Spice Blend minus the Sugar, Dash of Tellicherry Pepper, and a pinch of Fine La Baleine Sea Salt.
Add 1 Cup of Honey 2 Tbsp Water and heat to Medium Low. Glaze the last 10 minutes of cook time under a higher heat. I do a triple Glaze by taking it out and basting Ham with glaze, then putting it back in and repeating every 2-3 minutes.
Sweet Potato Seasoning.... A must for the big day. Just Mix the jar in with a little butter right before you bake, distributing evenly. Organic Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Smoked Paprika, Lemon Peel, La Baleine Sea Salt.
Many Turkeys were eaten this Thanksgiving with our Blends, many Hams as well. This big guy was sent in by our good friends the Lanni's out in California and rubbed down with our Italian Olive Oil Pepper and Spice Blend...looks tasty David Lanni Thanks for the picture!
