Pear and Blue Stilton Salad - Clementine Citrus Dressing, and Candied Pecans.

Dressing-

1/3 cup Olive Oil Juice of 3 Clementines 1/8 cup White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Good Quality Mustard 1 /2 Teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
