Black Gold our mystery chef named it. Activated Charcoal, Porcini Mushroom, Garlic, White Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Trapani Sea Salt from Sicily. I even did a version with Cherry Smoked Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Orange Peel, and Calabrian Chili Flakes. Very interesting to blend. Big thanks for the challenge mate.
