Hey guys, it sure has been a busy month. We have been out at many events, showing our wares at the World Trade Center, Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Festival in Santa Rosa Ca, Farmers Markets, National Box Subscriptions, and doing some top secret stuff which will pop up in posts this weekend.

I got to meet Legendary French Chef Jacques Pepin in Dallas and talk Les Dames d'Escoffier recently. Such a nice man to come into town. I know he made many local Chefs happy being able to cook for him.

I have been so busy that I haven't posted a ton this month on all of our pages. I am currently back at it having the rest of our products loaded, and photos shoots. Preparing for the mad Holiday rush, even more events, and writing recipes for ya'll. Keep an eye out, more is being posted tonight
